Do I need a tourist licence to let my property?
Yes, it is compulsory for tourist rentals. If you do not have one yet, we help you with the paperwork.
Which areas do you work in?
We manage holiday rentals in Mallorca and Barcelona. If your property is in another area, get in touch and we will assess your case.
Can I use my property whenever I want?
Yes. You can book the dates you need for personal use and we block them in the calendar of all the portals to avoid double bookings.
How do I receive the income and booking information?
We inform you of every booking and send you a periodic statement with the details of income, commissions and property expenses.
